Well where do I begin.

My first week of Law saw me in a Commonwealth Training Establishment with the ADF in the middle of nowhere. I found it very hard to do my readings while I was working from sun up all the way through to 1 am in the morning.

I didn’t know a great deal about lawyers and what their career progression is like but after reading the first chapter of The New Lawyer it definitely opened my eyes to the endless possibilities that await me if I manage to succeed on this journey.

I did know the countless hours that are spent reading through the laws and legislation as I have experienced that myself through my work and the Defence Force Discipline Act. To get the wording and order of something precise, yu do need to research.

Already have I had experience with Legal Positivism and I have only just learnt about it. That is with a lot of terms as well that I didn’t know of and have had some relation to them in the past or present.
