Week three I found to be quite an interesting and very relevant week. I learnt about how to do legal research and the process of doing legal research so that I am not wasting any time but using my time the most efficient way that I can.

I used these skills to help me with my other subject of criminal law. I was quite shocked in the time that researched consumed for me to get such a small bit of information but that small bit of information that you get can make or break the case your working on.

I have never been to a court sitting before and I am planing on going to one next week so my blog next week will detail when I visited the courts.
