I was out on an exercise for this particular week but I did manage to get a few dot points down from the two chapters that I read. Before I cam out here on the exercise I had already decided on the two pieces of legislation that I was going to use for my second assignment for which I read while I was away.

The chapter on communication wasn’t too bad I can see how it can be a major part in the lawyer’s day to day job. With the language that I am trying to learn now to become a lawyer will eventually need to be explained to the clients. I was aware of the different types of body language and how that can portray different types of personality and how that can come across to the people that you’re communicating with.

I found the self management section to be really interesting. Like before in week 5 with the philosophy, I tried to see what category I would put myself into. As a result I would fall majority over into the Independent Learner category but still have some characteristics of the other.
